Park Safety and Waivers
The activities at the Park are safe, fun and enjoyable.
Our staff are fully trained and safety briefings are required to be undertaken before every Aqua and Climb Session. Cable Wakeboard participants are required to watch a safety video and complete an online waiver prior to being permitted to ride.
All participants are required to complete a waiver or group waiver (schools) acknowledging that the activities involve risk, prior to undertaking the activities.
Links to the waivers are shown below.
All of the safety equipment required for each activity is provided. There is no additional charge for this equipment.
Qualified lifeguards manage the Aqua Park activities and a lifejacket must be worn at all times.
You may bring your own life jacket to use at the Park (it must be Australian Standards approved).
A life jacket and helmet just be worn at all times when using the Cable Wakeboard System.
Climb Safety harnesses (provided) must be worn at all times when undertaking.
Whilst every precaution is taken to avoid injuries, the Park is an outdoor recreational facility and the activities are exciting and challenging and involve a low level of risk (slipping over, falling into the water etc). This can result in injury.
The Park has a AED device located at main reception and first and recovery equipment suitable to each activity to be undertaken.
All staff at the Park hold current working with children checks, Level 2 First Aid or higher and are double vaccinated.
