What is cable wakeboarding?
Cable wakeboarding allows you to wakeboard or kneeboard without a boat. The overhead cable system pulls riders around the lake. Riders grab a handle, take off from the start dock and complete laps of the lake. There are strategically placed obstacles around the lake.
Our Lakes
Here at Melbourne Cable Park, we house 2 full-size Sesitec Cable Systems. Each cable system offers over 500m of cable wakeboarding fun. Our main lake operates in a clockwise direction and houses 7 carriers which allow for 7 riders to be riding on the lake at one time. These carriers become available once someone falls off. Our front lake allows for us to cater to additional customers during busy periods as well as acting for a hub for our specialist clinics. The front lake houses 6 carriers and operates in an anti-clockwise direction.
