Terms and Conditions Aqua Park

Pricing:
Kids @ $25 per session
Adults @ Kids Prices – $25 per session
Subsequent sessions can be purchased for a $5 discount on the same day (Cost is $20 rather than $25).

Must be 5 years and above to use the Park.

Children under 10 years old MUST be accompanied ON THE AQUA FUN PARK INFLATABLES by a supervising adult (18+yo) they must be within visual and verbal contact at all times– Max of 6 kids per supervising adult. NO ADULT – NO PLAY.

If you are under 18 you must bring someone over 18 years old (ie a parent or guardian) to sign your waiver. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your session start time to complete your Waiver and collect your wristband.

Drinks and Ice creams available for purchase at the Park.

Picnic tables with umbrellas are available free of charge on a first come, first served basis
Lockers are available free of charge – bring your own padlock

We operate a strict no-refund policy.
We do not issue refunds for failing to turn up or late arrival for booked sessions.

Conditions of Entry – Aqua Fun Park

1. You must be 5 years of age and over to use the Aqua Fun Park.
2. Children under 10 years must be supervised by an adult/guardian at ALL times on the Aqua Fun Park
3. A maximum of 6 children under the supervision of 1 adult
4. Participants must have basic swimming skills.
5. Participants must have a reasonable level of fitness.
6. Participants must wear the Melbourne Cable Park’s supplied PFD / Life Jacket at all times including in the swimming section
7. If you are pregnant or have a pre-existing medical conditions you should not use the Aqua Fun Park
8. If at any time you need assistance you will signal or contact one the on duty life guards;
9. No diving or entering the water head first;
10. No swimming under obstacles
11. Look before you jump
12. Feet first on all slides
13. No flips
14. No rough play
15. No swearing
16. Be respectful of others at all times
17. Leave space between the person in front
18. You must follow instructions given to you by MCP Staff
19. Siren signifies an immediate exit from the water
20. Melbourne Cable Park reserves the right to close any section/s of the Aqua fun park for any reason it deems necessary. ie inclement weather, private function
21. No smoking permitted on site.
22. Melbourne Cable Park reserves the right to take photographs / video in the Park for safety, security and marketing purposes including Photo sales.;
